Based on 162 reviewsBistro Charlemagne in Ayala Malls Solenad 3, Nuvali, is widely praised for its flavorful Asian fusion cuisine, offering a diverse menu that appeals to groups and families alike. Customers appreciate the generous portion sizes and the reasonable price range, making it an accessible yet refined dining option. The restaurant’s ambiance blends Asian and Western design elements, though seating can feel cramped during peak hours. Service is noted as courteous and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Some feedback highlights the temperature of certain dishes at service and suggests improvements in background music to create a more comfortable atmosphere amid the bustling crowds.
Came here for a quick Christmas luncheon with family and the food didn't disappoint. The baked Japanese curry rice has an interesting flavor to it but not ideal for those who would like to cut down on rice as it has more than a cup of rice, which is good for sharing. I was expecting this to be served really hot but it was less warm. The only salad available when we visited was Japanese mixed seafood salad. The presentation was awesome and the taste was indeed refreshing with its rich salty, sweet and spicy flavor exploding in your mouth.
Sumptuous food with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Manager and the crew are courteous and attentive. Just hope the background music plays on to lessen hearing other people's conservation and jingling of spoon, fork and plates because this place is always full specially during lunch and dinner time...
???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ????????????????????: ???? ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? Ayala Malls Solenad 3, Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna Family dinners don’t happen as often as we’d like, so when the stars (and schedules) align, we make it count—and Bistro Charlemagne made sure it was memorable in all the right ways. From the moment we walked in, the warm and stylish ambiance immediately set the tone for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. The interiors were tastefully modern, but still felt cozy enough for good old-fashioned family bonding. And a special shoutout goes to our wonderful server, ????????????????, whose genuine kindness, prompt service, and helpful recommendations made our meal feel even more special. Now on to the star of the evening: the food! Here's what graced our table, and our honest take on each: ????. ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? A refreshing starter with a crunch—thanks to the tempura flakes and ebiko. Tossed with shrimp, tuna, kani, and a blend of mildly spicy mayo and sweet soy, this salad was a hit with our sons. As for us (the ???????????????????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????? adults, shall we say? ), it wasn’t exactly our cup of tea—but that might just be our age talking! A bold and vibrant dish for more adventurous palates. ????. ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ???????????????????? Crispy on the outside, savory on the inside—these spring rolls were a crowd favorite, especially for our eldest who declared it his “instant favorite.” The dipping sauce gave it a tangy, flavorful boost. If we’re being picky, some wrapper bits were a tad chewy, but honestly, the flavors made up for it. A must-try appetizer! ????. ???????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????? Thinly rolled, tender strips of beef with melted cheese and bathed in teriyaki sauce—this one was a hit for our youngest! The sweet-savory balance was lovely, and we all enjoyed it, though our eldest felt it was just okay. But hey, when the youngest raves, it’s a win! ????. ???????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? Light, tender, and buttery—this dish had a delicate touch of salted egg flavor. We all agreed it was fine, though it could’ve used a bit more punch for bolder palates. For those who prefer a more subtle, less salty take on the salted egg trend, this one’s for you. ????. ???????????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? A reliable classic done right—loaded with shrimp, pork asado bits, leeks, veggies, and eggs. This rice paired perfectly with every dish we ordered. Flavorful, generous, and a solid choice for the whole table. ????. ???????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? Hands down, the ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????? ????????????????????! The presentation alone is an attention-grabber, but the flavor sealed the deal. Pan-fried noodles mixed with beef, shrimp, pork, chicken, squid, and fresh veggies—it was generous, savory, and oh-so-satisfying. Definitely a dish you’ll come back for. ???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????! ???????????????????? ????????????????????????????????: Bistro Charlemagne hit the sweet spot of great food, attentive service, and a warm ambiance that made our rare family dinner even more special. Whether you’re celebrating something or simply want to treat your taste buds, this place (and their other branches) is well worth the visit. And don’t leave without trying the Flying Noodles—trust us on this one. ???????????????? ????????????????????????????, ???????????????? ????????????????????????. ????????'???????? ???????????????????????????????????????? ???????? ????????????????.
A bit of an eclectic indoor design with a touch of Western and Asian design being an Asian fusion restaurant. Food is excellent and good for big groups but tables and chairs are a bit cramped. Average meal per person is P500-P700.
One of the best restaurants in Nuvali. Everything on their menu is delicious, and its not too expensive. We were worried about eating here before since it looked so fancy, but I'm so happy that we gave it a chance.
Flying (Floating) noodles made me curious to order here. Food is good though I thought it can taste better. Serving size is big (flying noodles can be good for 4 pax). Reasonable price.
My first time here, enjoyed the coconut fish fillet. It’s a fusion-style Asian restaurant. The ambiance is nice, comfortable seats. They got Chinese, Japanese, and Filipino food. Their P355 starter meal…main dish, rice, soup, and iced tea (iced tea is really good) good value for money. You should give this place a try, for a different food experience other than your usual fast food and chain restaurants. Also, Charlemagne in Filipino translates to Carlo Magno.
First time at this restaurant and ordered for 2 dishes. While I enjoyed the Steak A La Pobre just as much, what really stood out was the Cantonese Prawn. The prawns were the big kind and served whole. The sauce was quite creamy with a mix of melted cheese, I ended up sucking on the prawn's head and chewing a part of it. A heap of a serving on the Yang Chow Fried Rice, too. Bet it's enough for 3 average rice eaters (I don't really indulge much in rice when eating in most restaurants).
